Principal Solicitor

Our Principal Solicitor is Azim Suleman, a highly experienced commercial and property lawyer and a savvy and tenacious litigator, who has been in private practice for over 43 years. Having acquired a BA (Hons.) in Business Law in the City of London, Azim attended the Inns of Court School of Law and was called to the Bar at the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn in July 1982.

He initially practiced as a Barrister from 1982. Azim was admitted as a Solicitor in 1991 and established Bromptons Solicitors in 1999 to provide an expert, cost-effective and highly personal service to his UK and overseas client base.

Associate

Pragna Pandya is a Chartered Legal Executive who was admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in March 2018. Pragna obtained her grounding in property law, probate and administration of estates having worked for two previous firms of solicitors for over 20 years.

Pragna is also a qualified Conveyancing Practitioner and has extensive experience in dealing with a range of conveyancing matters including residential and commercial sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, mortgages, re-mortgages, licences to assign, grant of new leases, lease extensions and licences for alterations. Pragna has routinely acted for developers in the multiple sale of new build properties.

Pragna also assists with a wide range of private client matters including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and the Administration of Estates.
